Love my sea green light for scleral lens. Changed the batteries, but they no longer light. I have ordered a new one. What is the lifespan?

Hello, My husband, Roger Dicker, is a patient at Boston Sight and purchased a see green lens inserter last week at their office. Do we need to contact you to be eligible for the warranty or send you a copy of the receipt? Thanks you for the info, Anne Dicker

I ordered and received your SEE-GREEN Scleral lens inserter for my son but the lenses didn’t work out and we never even left Dr’s with them. How do I return for refund

It's working well. My husband said he spoke to the owner and he promised he'd refund us 15%, as we were return customers and we paid $80.00 before we talked to him. We haven't received the refund but are happy with the product and how quickly you got it to us.
